Wade Marketing: Independent Partnership Program
Have you ever felt like it doesn’t really take forty hours to do your job? Maybe you spend a lot of time checking your email or zoning out during meetings. One day, it occurs to you: why not get a second job?
That’s what job stacking is. You have more than one full-time job, taking home multiple full-time paychecks.
Today’s work landscape is full of opportunities for job stackers. Thanks to the remote revolution, it’s actually very doable to take on more than one role at a time. As long as you have the capacity to manage your workload and communicate effectively, there’s nothing holding you back from two or more paychecks.
Job stacking is not for everyone. Successful job stackers are highly ambitious, extremely detail-oriented, and capable of managing a tremendous workload. But for the right person, job stacking can be very rewarding both financially and professionally.
Job stacking works in a pretty simple way. You get one job, assess how time-consuming it is, and then get a second or a third as time allows. You keep your head down, do the work, and reap the rewards. Sometimes you may have to manage two meetings at the same time, or several messaging platforms, but for the most part, it’s just extra work and twice the money – or even more.
Everything You Need To Know
What’s the Wade Marketing Independent Partnership Program? It’s a resource hub and acquisition system for job stackers. Basically, we help you job stack.
We started our Independent Partnership Program in June of 2022. Today, we have over 200 members and counting!
Why should you join our Independent Partnership Program?
We can help you:
Own your own time. If you can get the job done putting in 15 hours a week, the rest of your time should be yours to use or monetize as you see fit.
Earn more. Double your salary. Triple it. Quadruple it. And so on. If you think you can do the work, there’s nothing stopping you from increasing your income.
Save up for a big purchase or to accomplish a big life goal. Job stacking doesn’t have to be indefinite. If you want to run your own business, save up for a house, or send your kid to college, why not job stack for that specific goal?
Stop being bored at work. Job stackers are the kinds of people who hate twiddling their thumbs. If you’re sitting at work just killing time, you may as well make yourself extra profitable, pick up some new skills, and take on additional roles.
The Specifics
Our founder Zach Wade started job stacking a few years ago. He was doing a great job at an agency – so great that they gave him more and more clients to manage. But they didn’t increase his paycheck correspondingly. Frustrated and fed up, he got a new job, working and performing the marketing directly for a company, as opposed to an agency.
Job stacking worked so well for him that he started telling his friends and family to take on extra jobs, too. Eventually, the movement grew big enough that he set up some resources and guides to help others successfully job stack. That’s what grew into our Independent Partnership Program.
The Independent Partnership Program is limited, and selective only. If you’re lucky enough to get in, say goodbye to uncertainty. Our program is designed to help you get as many jobs as you want as quickly as possible.

Job Stacking vs Other Options
Job stacking isn’t for everyone. Nor is our Independent Partnership Program. There are other alternatives to consider. Check these out if you have any doubts or questions.
Job stacking versus staying at a job: If you’re happy, fulfilled, and satisfied in your current role, then you don’t need another job. Job stacking is great, but only if you’re hungry for it.
Job stacking versus starting a business: Job stacking can be a great intro to growing your own business. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, but you want to cut out as many risks as you can, job stacking is a great place to start. By contrast, if you already have money saved up and you want to build something yourself, go right ahead and start your own business.
Job stacking versus working freelance at multiple agencies. Honestly, freelancing is a tough gig. If you have dream clients who pay you what you’re worth, then don’t give them up. But if you’re fed up with no benefits, unreasonable expectations, and inconsistent paychecks, job stacking might be a better alternative.
